Palm Springs

I worked in the production office on the film Palm Springs. We worked out of a trailer that followed the production to every shoot location.

One of my tasks was to work with the DIT to aggregate footage with Panavision Light Iron and teach executives how to use their proprietary dailies viewing software. I also completed purchase orders and COI requests for the camera department’s expendables and gear rentals. Another task was data entry from every cast member’s start paperwork. With this, I filled out a datasheet used to create the film’s end credits, compiled an easily-accessible emergency contacts list, and sent along payment information to the accounting team so everyone could get paid.
